Our Refund & Cancellation Guidelines
The following policy explains when an order may be cancelled, when a refund may be requested and how approved refunds are processed.
Order Cancellation
Orders once placed can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
Cancellations requested after 24 hours will not be eligible.
Please submit any cancellation request within 24 hours of placing your order.
Refunds
Refunds will be initiated only if:
- The product is not delivered within the promised time.
- You receive a damaged or incorrect product.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method via CC Avenue within 7–10 business days.
Non-Refundable Items
Products already opened or used cannot be returned or refunded.
Customized or special order products are non-refundable.
Payment Gateway Charges
Transaction fees or service charges deducted by CC Avenue are non-refundable.
